Youth Action for Nigeria Development Initiative (YANDI)

YANDI is a flagship project of Pabio Stone Foundation (PSF) geared towards Nation building. The YANDI initiative was developed by Bolaji Jegede, the founder of PSF.

YANDI is an inspired effort to re-invent and re-direct the ship called Nigeria with a view to transforming her from a developing country into a first world. Around 75% of Nigeria’s 180 million people are below the age of 35 thereby providing a critical mass required to bring about an intellectual, physical and social transformation in the lives of the Nigerian people.

YANDI will be the platform for the achievement of the VISION2025 Nigerian dream. A realistic agenda developed under divine inspiration by Bolaji Jegede which will see Nigeria become the most sought after Nation in the world by 2025.

YANDI will rely on the energy, intelligence and industry of the Nigerian youths to bring about a positive transformation in Nigeria. YANDI will specifically target the following areas; Agriculture, Education, Health Care delivery, Technology & ICT, Entrepreneurship & Youth Empowerment, Leadership & Governance , Sustainable Development and Climate Change.

YANDI is designed to be a massive employment generation machine in Nigeria that will drive unemployment figure to a near zero figure by 2025. YANDI strategy will deliver a minimum of 1 million jobs per annum at full capacity. YANDI will engender a new paradigm in the Nigerian agricultural and health care system that will restore confidence of every Nigerian in the Nigerian state.

With respect to Entrepreneurship, Job creation and Leadership, YANDI has the following targets
